Motion Artist Reflection

The best shot of this assignment is probably the first blurred motion because of the way it captured the whole body. My weakest shot was the stop motion pictures because of the way they came out. The weakest image can be improved by doing different motions to get a better shoot. I used Photoshop and got to change around my brightness and contrast. I was able to meet the goals of the project by using lights and movement to create different images. The easy part of this assignment was editing and doing blurred motion. The stop motion was difficult because i couldn't get a perfect stop motion as they were jumping. I would do a different thing to get better stop motion pictures. I would give myself a 8/10 because to think i tried my hardest on each picture.

    How did the stop motion pics come out?

    You needed to speed up your shutter more. It was too slow for stop motion. Be careful about over contrasting.

    You didn't answer the question about the goal. How does manipulating shutter speed and aperture influence the outcome of your images?

Texture Pictures

This cup shows a smoother texture. The cup's polished, flat and shiny.   The slushy's texture is hard and course.   These flowers show a ridged texture. Some leaves look shiny at different parts where the light hits it.
