Artist Discovery: Ansel Adams

He is a masters in Landscape photography. He brings out texture by making the photos black, gray and white. I think his work is nice and really well done but its a little boring because of the grays and blacks. The colors are so dark which makes it less interesting for me to look at.

    It's not because the picture is black & white. He could only shoot in B&W because there was no color photography. The texture was brought our from the angle of light.

Texture Pictures

This cup shows a smoother texture. The cup's polished, flat and shiny.   The slushy's texture is hard and course.   These flowers show a ridged texture. Some leaves look shiny at different parts where the light hits it.
